Everything You Need to Know About Working with Alpha Management Services LLC

WHO IS ALPHA MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC?

We are your partner in providing professional remote customer service work to help individuals create the work-life balance they desire.

Many major companies outsource their call volume to partners like Arise Virtual Solutions Inc.

Alpha Management Services LLC is contracted with Arise Virtual Solutions to connect those skilled Customer Service Professionals to various opportunities.

WHO IS ARISE VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS?

Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. is one of many leading sources providing outsourcing and consulting services to businesses.

The company offers customer support services via voice, email, live chat, text, and technical support.

Arise Virtual Solutions can service clients worldwide.

CAN I WORK FROM ANYWHERE?

We offer remote Customer Support opportunities to professionals across the United States of America.

At this time we are not accepting agents from the following states:

  • California

  • Connecticut

  • Maryland

  • Massachusetts

  • New York

  • Oregon

  • Wisconsin

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS NEEDED TO BE AN AGENT?

Any prior experience is helpful, but not required.

Agents should possess the following skills:

  • Call Center/Phone Customer Service

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Data Entry/Typing 

AM I ABLE TO WORK PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME?

Alpha Management Services LLC only hires Independent Contractors. Therefore, all of our positions are for contract workers.

Our remote agents can choose their own hours and can choose the number of hours they desire to work each week. 

Each agent is only required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION?

Independent Contractors will need:

  • Landline phone Internet Modem (A hardwired connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem)

  • Computer/Laptop (Windows 8 or 10)

  • Phone with headset (AGPTEK is a recommended brand)

  • USB Headset with a noise-canceling microphone (Logitech is a recommended brand)

  • Workstation required documents (Will receive further training)

WHAT IS CERTIFICATION TRAINING; WHAT'S TO BE EXPECTED?

Certification training is a mandatory component of being an Independent Contractor with Alpha Management Services LLC.

It lasts on average 4 hours per day. The hours are from 9 AM - 1 PM EST or 6 PM to 10 PM EST. Some client opportunities offer additional times for training or shifts.

Please note that certification training is unpaid, but it prepares Customer Service Professionals to accept client calls, policies, access to systems, etc. 

Once you pass the Certification training you will be well on your way to start making money right away!

WHEN AM I ABLE TO START WORKING?

Independent Contractors will be able to start our client opportunities once your profile and certification training is complete.

AM I ALLOWED TO USE MY CELL PHONE AND/OR WIRELESS SERVICE?

Unfortunately, cell phones are not permitted. All Customer Support professionals are required to utilize either a landline phone service or VOIP; this may vary depending on the client program.

Wireless internet is not permitted on the Arise Virtual Solutions platform. All agents must be hardwired to their internet modem via ethernet cable.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT?

Alpha Management Services LLC has partnered with Work At Home Equipment Solutions (WAHES) for all your equipment needs.

**Alpha Management Services LLC does not sell equipment. Any equipment inquiries and customer services requests regarding equipment should be handled directly with the Customer Support team at WAHES.

WHAT IS YOUR PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION?

We communicate with our agents via email and phone (once registered under the company).

We advise all of our potential and current agents to save our email address ('hello@alphamgmntllc.com') to their contacts in their inbox to ensure delivery of updates regarding our client opportunities, application status, and more.

I ALREADY HAVE AN ARISE IBO. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you are currently registered on the Arise platform under an IBO, then you must contact your current IBO and ask to be released.

Once you have been released you will be able to join our call center.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO START WORKING WITH A CLIENT PROGRAM?

We are actively seeking individuals ready to serve our client's needs immediately, but we understand that certain equipment may need to be purchased.

Once you have joined our company we do require all remote Customer Support agents to enroll in a client opportunity within 30 days.

IS THERE AN INVESTMENT TO GET STARTED?

It does not cost to apply for a position or create an agent profile (once your profile application has been approved).

Please keep in mind that we only hire Independent Contractors.

All of the Client Certification programs are FREE.


If you do not show up on Day 1 of the training of your certification class then the client will drop you and charge a $20 fee.

As an Independent Contractor, you are solely responsible for your own background check. The Third Party Vendor, First Advantage, charges a $30 fee. 

You will also be responsible for any equipment needed for service. Please note that you are able to write off any expenses on your taxes.

WHAT IS THE PAY RATE AND WHEN ARE THE PAY PERIODS?

All pay rates vary based on the Client program the Customer Support agent is working for. It can range from $11.00 to $18.00 per hour + bonuses.

The Top-performing agents make an average of $300 - $1200 biweekly.

Payroll will be distributed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

IS THERE HEALTHCARE COVERAGE FOR AGENTS?

Due to the nature of hiring Independent Contractors only-- we do not offer any benefits directly through our company.

Note: Independent Contractors do not qualify for unemployment benefits or similar services.

Alpha Management Services LLC fee is $47.50 per pay cycle.

Arise Virtual Solutions fee is $19.75 per pay cycle. Administration fees and the Arise Virtual Solutions platform fee are deducted from payroll first and Agents receive the remainder of the revenue earned.

There are no administrative fees for agents registered with our company, but not certified on a client program.

*1099 Tax returns have no taxes deducted from payroll.  

HOW DOES YOUR REFERRAL PROGRAM WORK?

Referrals are great! We'd love to review your qualifying referral for our Customer Service agent openings.

Existing agents with Alpha Management Services LLC can earn $100 per qualifying referral.

Your referral must submit an application, successfully enroll in a client program within 14 days of joining our company roster, pass a certification course, and service for 60 days.

$100 referrals are for 60 days of service.

Once all referral requirements have been verified, then you'll receive the referral credit in addition to your normally scheduled biweekly payroll!

Simply submit the referral via email to 'hello@alphamgmntllc.comprior to your friend submitting an application including their name, phone number, email address, and state they reside in.


List the subject of the email as "Your Name" Referral.
